[Music] Now that you’ve experienced CS First as a student and reviewed the teacher resources let’s explore CS First as a teacher.

In this video you’ll create a CS First class, explore the curriculum and reflect on the steps to consider when adding a CS First theme or sample activity to your school day.

Start by opening a new tab in your browser.

Go to g.co/csfirst.

Click the “sign-in” button on the top right.

Select “I’m a teacher.”

Sign in with an email account you’d like to associate with your CS First class.

Tell Google a little about yourself and update your email preferences.

Now, you can add a class.

Yay!

Feel free to explore the teacher dashboard and the curriculum then consider which sample-activities or themes would fit best with your classroom.

If you’re ready to get started with CS First, consider exploring the Implementation Reflection Exercise.

While doing this exercise is not required to bring CS First to your classroom, it provides guidance on incorporating CS First in a way that best fits your learning environment.

When you identify the sample-activities or themes you’d like students to complete, add as many as you’d like to your new class.

Students are ready to sign in with your class code.

To continue learning more about CS First, join the CS First Help Community to connect with other teachers around the world and the CS First team.

On behalf of the CS First team, thank you for watching and happy coding!
