Welcome to the last day of CS First.

We at CS First hope you had a great time in the club, and gotten a taste of all the things you can build using computer science and Scratch.

Today, you're gonna have a lot of freedom to build any project that you want, but first, build a 'thank you' measure for the teacher who has hosted this club for you.

So make sure to give them a big shout-out in your project and let them know that you appreciated their time.

You should include in your project all of the following: A 'thank you' to your teacher who is hosting the club.

What you thought about this club.

What is the one thing you learned about computer science or yourself during the club?

You can make this project as simple or as complex as you would like, and feel free to ask for help.

In this example, when the green flag is clicked, Pico starts to thank their teachers.

A message about what was learned, glides to the top of the screen, and 'CS First was fun!' glides and changes colors.

In another program, Cassie thanks my teachers while dancing and playing a hip hop sound.

'CS First taught me Computer Science' slowly increases in size and the monkey says, "I learned this with computer science."

When you've finished building your 'thank you' project, you can build something totally new, return to work on one of your projects from a previous day, or you can go to the CS First site, and the Create tab, and check out the instructions for a different CS First club.

If you want more ideas for your 'thank you' project, click on the next page to see a list of optional add-ons, that you can do.

Now it's your turn: Login to Scratch and name your project 'CS First Thanks'.

And create something that has a thank you to your teacher who is hosting the club.

What you thought about this club, and what is one thing you learned about computer science or yourself during the club?

And don't forget to add some music and sound!
