In this add-on, you will make your video more visually interesting by changing the scene
when you click the spokesperson.
You'll also program the spokesperson to say another message while the backdrops change.
To start, click "Choose backdrop from library" to add another backdrop.
Add more than one backdrop if you like.
To make the scene change when the sprite is clicked, select the spokesperson sprite, add
a "when this sprite clicked" event and a "switch backdrop" block.
From the dropdown menu, select the backdrop that you want to be displayed when the sprite is clicked.
To make the backdrop switch multiple times, add more "switch backdrop to" blocks.
Click the blocks to test it out.
Whoa that goes way too fast!
To slow down the backdrop changes, add a "wait" block from the control menu between each backdrop change.
To make the animation start on a particular backdrop when the play button is pressed,
add another "switch backdrop to" block under the "when I receive play" block.
Click the sprite to test this out.
The backdrop changes when the sprite is clicked, but nothing else happens.
That's a little boring.
To make the sprite say something when the backdrop changes, add a "say" block under
each "switch backdrop to" block.
Add a message to help viewers understand your issue and its importance.
Add as many "say" blocks as it takes to get your message across, and adjust the values
in the seconds bubbles to change how long the messages display.
Now it's your turn!
Add at least one backdrop.
Program the backdrop to switch when the spokesperson sprite is clicked.
And, make the spokesperson sprite say something when clicked.
