This video will show you how to add another category to your imaginator.

To start, change the backdrop.

The starter project included a backdrop with different pictures representing categories you might add.

Click on the stage. Then, choose the backdrop with the number of categories your project will have.

Next, add images to your project for these categories.

To learn how to add images from other Scratch projects or from the gallery link on the add-on page, click the “uploading and downloading images video” link on the add-on page.

Next, make your new sprite work like the rest of the imaginator.

Copy the code, or create new code for the sprite.

Make the sprite repeat changing costumes until the space bar is pressed.

Now that another category will flip after jobs, The jobs need to broadcast when it finishes looping, just like home sprite.

Program your new sprite to respond to the correct broadcasted message.

Click the dropdown on the "when I receive" block, and select the correct message name.

Now it’s your turn: Choose a backdrop that has space for more categories.

Create a new sprite for the new category.

Add images for different costumes for that sprite.

Then, add code to the sprite make it flip through possibilities until the space bar is pressed.

Finally, add a broadcasted message that tells the new sprite to run that code.
