In this add-on, make a sprite briefly appear on the stage, move it's mouth to look like it's squeaking, and then disappear.

First you have to add the sprite that is going to squeak.

And you may wanna choose one with a mouth that moves.

This example uses Giga.

You need to create and define a function.

Do this by going to the myblocks menu, and choose make a block.

Name this block squeak.

Now, the sprite needs to show itself and change costumes a few times, so it look like it's actually squeaking, and then hide again.

If you place these blocks underneath the defined squeak block, the sprite will show up, change costumes, look like it's talking, and then hide.

Test your code.

Click the squeak block, and then the sprite should show up and squeak.

Next, add a win green flag.

Click the vent to make the sprite start squeaking.

Add a repeat block to make the sprite show up, and squeak more than once.

In this example, Giga shows up and squeaks 40 times, but you can tinker with the value in the repeat block until you have the number of squeaks you like.

(upbeat music)

Now it's your turn.

Create a block called squeak that makes the sprite show itself, move it's mouth to make it look like it's squeaking, and then hide again.

And remember, feel free to add a sound effect.
