One way you can share your interests with more people is to translate the words in your project into other languages. Like Spanish… French… And many others!

This example adds a translation to the project so that people can choose to read the text in English or another language. You can use this feature however you would like to help others understand your project.

Start by adding a new sprite, and adding the “Translate” extension.

These blocks translate words into other languages.

Drag out a “translate” block and write something about your passion or idea.

Click the dropdown and change the language.

When you test this block, it shares your message in the language that you selected! To make your sprite *say* this message on the stage, add a “say” block to your code and put the “translate” block inside the "say" block.

If you already have “say” blocks from your main character, copy the text from your “say” block into your translate block.

Then, combine both blocks.

Test this out.

Great!

Add a “when this sprite clicked” event to make your sprite say this message when it is selected by the user.

Now, your message can be shared with users around the world, in a language just for them!
