Asking questions is one way to get people involved with the things you care about. Addingquestions and answers will help people interact with your project and think about how theactivity, idea, or cause you care about might affect them or their community.
Program a sprite to ask the user a question using an “ask” block from the “sensing” menu.
Change your text to fit your project. You canask the user if they’ll support your cause, like “Will you help recycle?”
Or ask them a trivia question, like “Did you know that pine trees are some of the oldesttrees in the world?” To program a different reaction based on theresponse of the user, add a conditional statement from the Control menu.
Add an “equals” operator from the Operators menu, and add an “answer” block from the Sensing menu.
These blocks allow the program to sense if the user response equals something specific, like ‘yes.’What do you want your character to say ordo if the answer is ‘yes?' What do you want your character to say ordo if the answer is ‘no?’ Use “say” blocks to add a spoken responseand “Looks" blocks to make your character react to the answer.
After you have finished programming your question, attach this block stack to your other code.
