In this add-on, you’ll make the sprite make a sound.

First, add the sound to the project. To do this, click on the sounds tab. Next, click “choose sound from library.” To listen to a few sounds before you choose one, click the play button next to each. When you find a sound you like, click on it so that it is highlighted, then click “ok.” Next, make the sound play in your project.

From the “sound” menu, drag “play sound until done” into the code where you want the sound to occur. From the dropdown, select the sound you chose. This example plays the “Bass Crowd” sound before moving and saying “Touchdown!”

The “play sound until done” block will play the sound and wait until it is finished before running any other code. The “play sound” block, on the other hand, will start playing the sound, then run the next block while the sound is still playing. Tinker with these two blocks to find what works best. Here’s the game plan: Add a sound to your project. Then, play it using a “play sound until done” or “play sound” block somewhere in your code.
